ROS Electric update

A new update to ROS Electric is now available. This update includes compatibility updates from William Woodall for OS X, as well as bug fixes to arm_navigation and navigation..

There are also several new stacks:

arbotix
dynamixel_motor
erratic_robot (compatibility update from Diamondback version)
