upstart rework
- Upstart start/stop scripts check for /etc/ros/turtlebot/setup.bash?
- Upstart script will launch /etc/ros/turtlebot/bringup.launch if exists (turtlebot_bringup minimal.launch otherwise)
- bringup.launch should include minimal.launch + any params
upstart needs
- sudo apt-get install daemontools (for setuidgid)
