Stack Summary

octomap_ros provides conversion functions between ROS / PCL and OctoMap's native types. This enables a convenvient use of the octomap package in ROS.

See Code API for documentation. conversions.h helps you to convert between various ROS / PCL and OctoMap data types. The classes OcTreeROS and OctomapROS< OctreeT > in OctomapROS.h provide a wrapper which does most conversions automatically.

Messages, services and more conversions are available in octomap_msgs. Since fuerte, this package is a unary stack and released separately.
