octovis provides visualization for OctoMap based on Qt and libQGLViewer. Starting with ROS Fuerte, octovis is available in the ros-fuerte-octomap debian package. As an alternative, you can download the package yourself from http://octomap.sf.net and compile it with the library stand-alone or against a locally installed octomap library.
