roslib2: this packages houses new roslib librariese in development that are necessary for release tools, and thus must stay ahead of ROS core release cycle.

roslib2 is a volatile stack that houses modules in development for future versions of roslib. It is provided only new tools development that often require new features but must remain backwards-compatible with older releases of ROS.
