Compiling the package

Use diamondback distribution. You can install it, for instance, with

rosinstall ~/ros "http://packages.ros.org/cgi-bin/gen_rosinstall.py?rosdistro=diamondback&variant=desktop-full&overlay=no"

Then use tod-unstable-base-overlay.rosinstall overlay to install tod_detecting and other required dependencies:

rosinstall ~/tod_unstable ~/ros https://code.ros.org/svn/wg-ros-pkg/branches/trunk_diamondback/rosinstall_files/tod-unstable-base-overlay.rosinstall
