Patch releases for Box Turtle: camera_drivers 0.9.2, geometry 1.0.2, laser_drivers 1.0.4, pr2_calibration 0.3.0, vision_opencv 1.0.1, web_interface 0.3.11

Several stacks have been updated with patches for Box Turtle.

pr2_calibration, which is still in unstable development, was also updated to 0.3.0.
